We loved our morning out with two lovely pilots (both called Sacha I think), gliding over the lake and seeing the great views from above. We were made to feel at ease as we heard they both had over 20 years experience, yet still seemed very enthusiastic about their job and ensuring we had a great time. Lots of whoops and cheers from them as we ran off the hillside and took to the air – such a thrill – then landing on a sixpence – such skill. It was my second time flying with a glider. Regardless, experience can’t be described in words. I was calmer than the first time, firstly due to pilots’ mood and complete crew. They will for sure make it as an unforgettable time. Since in this sport you do not learn from your own mistakes, pilots are calm and joking and ready to make it all pleasant – from pick-up with a jeep, till touch down and afterwards. Only to rate them, but overall, they deserve more Tranquil skies, guys!
